The project is the largest in the Far Eastern Federal District, and is able to provide the region with fresh vegetables.
Gusinoozersky shopping center was designed taking into account the climatic features of the region with the introduction of advanced technologies of greenhouse complexes of the third generation, which allow creating an ideal microclimate in greenhouse premises for growing vegetable crops: cucumbers and tomatoes, and automation and control of the production cycle allows comprehensive care of the growth of tomatoes and cucumbers.
Next-generation technologies will also allow Gusinoozersky Shopping Center to reduce energy costs and increase crop volumes, making this project incredibly energy efficient and quickly repayable.

Construction of the greenhouse complex "Yelets Vegetables"

The construction of the plant was carried out in 5 stages. To date, the construction of all queues has been fully completed.
Stages 1 and 2 with an area of 23.3 hectares were commissioned in June 2018.

The 3rd and 4th stages of greenhouses with an area of 48.4 hectares, of which 20 hectares are intended for tomatoes with a planned production volume of 4,000 tons per year, 20 hectares for cucumbers with a planned volume of 30,000 tons, were commissioned in September 2020.

The Lipetsk Agro Greenhouse Complex is a modern agricultural enterprise specializing in the year-round cultivation of vegetables and herbs.

Located in the city of Dankov, Lipetsk region, the plant was built using Dutch technologies. UltraClima fifth generation greenhouses with precision climate control, economical energy consumption and delicious harvest are used for the first time in Russia.

Construction of the Voronezh greenhouse complex with an area of 60.5 hectares

The Voronezh greenhouse complex is designed taking into account the most current trends in the agricultural sector.

This is one of the largest agricultural projects in the greenhouse industry, located in the central Chernozem region of Russia. The total area of the complex will be 60 hectares of closed ground.

Fully computerized control will create an ideal microclimate in the greenhouse premises.

The production facilities of Michurinsky Shopping Center will be equipped with automatic microclimate control, innovative technology using volcanic rock will be used in the cultivation of seedlings, and the greenhouses themselves will be distinguished by a higher design.

The greenhouse complex "Podmoskovye" is located in an ecologically favorable area of the Moscow region near the village of Ratmirovo. The facility was designed taking into account the most relevant modern trends in the agricultural sector.
